What's new in the news today?

Today's news includes several stories. A teenage girl is the only survivor of 153 in the crash of a plane and was found clinging to floating debris in the ocean. Another story is that South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford is refusing to resign over his marital infidelity,even though many people are calling for him to do so. A radio commentator remarked this morning that there is a blurring nowadays of the line between right and wrong.
Also in the news is the fact that this is the first day of the fiscal year,and California still does not have an approved budget. The government says it will have to send out I.O.U's tomorrow.
In Latin America the organization of American States ordered Honduras to restore deposed President Manuel Zelaya as a dictator with ties to Castro and Hugo Chavez. Interium President Roberto Micheletti has popular support.
